El Madroñal is an area that is located above the highway. It is between the village of Fañabe and the zone Torviscas Alto. San Eugenio
San Eugenio is a very famous area of the Costa Adeje. It is located next to the famous Las Americas resort. Tourism is highly developed in this area. There are many restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, residential complexes and private villas.
This zone is divided into two parts:
- San Eugenio Bajo – this is the part between the highway and the ocean. The port of Puerto Colcon is also located in this part.

Playa Paraiso
