El Madroñal

El Madroñal is an area that is located above the highway. It is between the village of Fañabe and the zone Torviscas Alto. The area offers residential complexes, many private villas and luxury houses. It is often preferred by families with children because here is the famous private school Colegio Aleman. In El Madroñal you will find a park with a children’s play area and a sports area. There are fewer tourists in this residential area, it is quieter and pleasant to live in. San Eugenio

San Eugenio is a very famous area of ​​the Costa Adeje. It is located next to the famous Las Americas resort. Tourism is highly developed in this area. There are many restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, residential complexes and private villas.

This zone is divided into two parts:
